- Environmental Variance & Catch Results: Actual fishing results depend on a wide variety of uncontrollable natural factors, including water ecosystems, local fish species, water depth, temperature, weather, barometric pressure, seasons, and individual angling techniques. Conditions differ vastly across different waters worldwide and cannot be generalized. 

- No Refunds for Subjective Catch Results: Variations in individual fishing performance, lower-than-expected catch volume, or differing results from our video demonstrations DO NOT constitute a product defect and are strictly ineligible for returns, refunds, or chargebacks. 

 2. Digital Products (Final Sale) All sales of digital products (including downloadable fishing guides, bait formulas, and instructional files) are final. Once an order is completed and download links or files have been issued, digital products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

3. Physical Products Return Eligibility (14-Day Window) We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery under the following strict conditions: 

- The item must be completely unused, unmixed, and in its original packaging. 

- The bottle safety seal, protective film, and tamper-evident cap must remain 100% intact and unopened. 

- For hygiene, chemical stability, and cross-contamination prevention, any bottle that has been opened, unsealed, or tested cannot be returned or refunded. 

4. Damaged or Leaking Items Upon Arrival If your order arrives damaged or leaking due to international transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at chanelbags564@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged package and bottles. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement shipment immediately. 

5. Return Shipping Costs 

- Customer Responsibility: For general remorse returns or returns not caused by verified transit damage, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for international return shipping with a trackable courier service. 

- Outbound shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. 

6. How to Request a Return To initiate a return for an unopened physical item, contact us at chanelbags564@gmail.com with your order number and photos showing the intact seals. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
